- 3 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice (About 1 lime)
- 16 oz Sparkling Water
- 5 - 10 Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 slice Lime for Garnish Optional
Place mint leaves and lime juice in a glass and muddle them together.
Add ice and pour sparkling water over.
Garnish with a lime slice (Optional)
- When I want a bit more sweetness, I like adding 4 drops of monkfruit liquid sweetener.
- If you want to make this drink into a regular skinny mojito, add 1 - 2 shots of white rum.
