Grease the silicone mold with oil
In a large bowl, mix egg, granulated sugar, melted butter, and milk
Add pancake mix and mix until well combined.
Put the batter in the silicone mold.
Bake it in the preheated oven (340°F/170°C) for about 15 mins.
Allow it to cool completely, then remove the cakes from the molds. Wash and dry the mold for later use.
Separate the baking chips (½ cups each) in small bowls. Microwave one bowl at a time for 1 minute at 500 watts. Keep microwaving in 15-30 second increments until the baking chips are melted completely.
Once the baking chips are melted, add a dash of green and yellow food coloring and mix well.
Pour ⅓ of the melted baking chips into Mike Wazowski’s mold then spread it evenly. Use a toothpick to spread the melted baking chips on the small areas. Then quickly put Mike Wazowski’s cake on top (the flat surface down) before the baking chips harden. Repeat this step for two more of Mike’s cakes.
Microwave the other bowl with the baking chips for 1 minute at 500 watts. Keep microwaving it with 15-30 second increments until the baking chips are melted completely.
Once the baking chips are melted, add a dash of teal food coloring and mix well.
Repeat Step 9 for Sully’s cakes
Put plastic wrap on each cake to avoid drying and cool them in a refrigerator for at least an hour.
Remove them carefully from the mold and enjoy!
